Process
1) Review the Instructions on the FEES AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS page to make sure you qualify for the rank you are promoting to. NOTE: The Fees and Minimums page also contains details about cutoff dates and the address to send checks.
2) Return to this page to continue the process.
3) Before filling out the application, if you are going to pay via PayPal use the Buy Now button at the bottom of this page. (You can also pay by check—see #1 above).
4) Click on the correct Application. Note: the application will ask for payment details.
